As a certified trainer specializing in restorative fitness and a certified yoga instructor with expertise in prenatal, postnatal, and kid's yoga, I am here to support you on your journey to holistic well-being. With my firsthand experience as a mother of 7 kids, I understand the unique challenges and needs that moms face. Together, we will create a nurturing and empowering fitness program tailored to restore your body, improve core strength, and promote overall wellness.

Our restorative fitness approach recognizes the physical and emotional demands that motherhood places on your body. We focus on rebuilding your strength, addressing specific concerns such as diastasis recti, and enhancing your overall well-being. Through a combination of targeted exercises, gentle movements, and breathwork, we will restore balance, increase flexibility, and support your body's natural healing process.

In addition to restorative fitness, I am a certified yoga instructor with expertise in prenatal, postnatal, and kids yoga. I offer specialized yoga classes designed to support you throughout your motherhood journey. Prenatal yoga helps you maintain strength and flexibility while nurturing a deep connection with your growing baby. Postnatal yoga aids in recovery promotes relaxation, and assists in rebuilding strength and resilience. Kids yoga classes provide a fun and engaging way for children to develop body awareness, enhance flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness.

I'm Maria Daniels, and as a mother of 7 beautiful children, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges that come with motherhood. My own journey as a mother has inspired me to specialize in holistic wellness, embracing nourishment and restoration as key pillars of a balanced and fulfilling life.

With my extensive experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families in their pursuit of optimal health and well-being. My approach is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from finding balance and nourishing our bodies in ways that feel good, without resorting to extreme measures or restrictive diets.

​

As a mother, I have navigated various aspects of family wellness, from managing my own hormonal changes to addressing my autoimmune disorder, and diastasis recti, and helping my son who is on the autism spectrum. These personal experiences have deepened my understanding and empathy, enabling me to provide comprehensive support to individuals facing similar challenges.
